How do the items fit?
Each product page includes fit advice and a size guide. These recommendations are based on our team’s experience, product testing, and customer feedback.
You'll also find a size guide to help you find the right size based on your measurements.

I can’t find my size on the product page.
If your size doesn’t appear, it means it’s out of stock. However, feel free to contact us — we may be able to order it directly from the supplier.
Is the item available?
90% of our products are in stock in our warehouses. If the item is available, the “in stock” status will be visible when selecting a size.
ORDERS
What is the status of my order? When will it ship?
You’ll receive a confirmation email right after placing your order. The shipping time is mentioned in that email. Once your package is dispatched, you’ll get a tracking number to follow your shipment. Please note: if you paid by bank transfer, we’ll ship once the payment is received.
My order is on hold.
Your order may be on hold for one of the following reasons:
- Awaiting payment (e.g. bank transfer)
- Awaiting your reply to one of our emails
- Awaiting stock arrival from the supplier

I haven’t received my package.
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Use it to follow your package directly on the carrier's website. If anything seems wrong, contact our customer service.

What are the shipping and return fees?
Shipping fees depend on your location and the delivery method selected at checkout. Return fees vary depending on whether you’re requesting an exchange or a refund. Learn more on our Returns Policy and Delivery Information pages.
What are the delivery options and lead times?
Delivery times vary based on your destination and selected shipping method. Most orders are delivered within 3 to 7 business days. All available options are shown at checkout. For more information, visit our Delivery Information page.
PAYMENT
What payment methods are available?
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and local payment methods depending on your location. All payments are processed securely via our trusted partners: Mollie and Shopify Payments.
Is the payment process secure?
Absolutely. All transactions are encrypted and processed through secure gateways provided by Mollie and Shopify Payments. Your banking details never pass through our site.
RETURNS
Can I return an item?
Yes! You can return any item within 90 days of receiving it for a refund or an exchange — as long as the product is in new, unworn condition with original tags and packaging. See the full return procedure on our Returns Policy page.
The size doesn’t fit.
No problem — you can return the item for an exchange. Make sure the item is unworn, in perfect condition, with all original tags and packaging. To initiate the return, log into your account, go to your order, and click “Return my product”. Full instructions are available on our Returns Policy page.
Will I get a refund if I return an item?
Yes, if the item meets our return conditions. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your return. We refund using the original payment method. For refunds, the return label cost (€9.99 or converted equivalent) will be deducted from the refund total.
I received a defective item. What should I do?
Please email us at contact@leather-jack.com with your order number and clear photos of the defect. Our customer service will guide you through the return or exchange process.
How long does after-sales service take?
The processing time depends on the nature of the issue. We aim to respond quickly and resolve all issues as efficiently as possible. Contact our customer service for support.
