How are the items cut?

On each product sheet, you will find advice on the product size (below the size selection). This advice is based on our experience, on trying on each product and customer feedback.

You'll also find a size guide to help you find the right size based on your measurements.

Don't worry. If you have a size problem, you can always return your item for an exchange.

I need help finding my size on the product sheet.

If the size does not appear, it is no longer available. However, you can contact us, as ordering an item from the supplier is always possible.

Is the article available?

90% of our products on sale are stocked in our warehouses. In this case, "in stock" is indicated when you select a size on the product sheet. The delivery time is also shown.

ORDER

What is the status of my order / When does my order leave?

Your order is undoubtedly being prepared. The delivery time is indicated in the order confirmation email you received. You will also receive an email when the parcel leaves our warehouse (with the parcel number for tracking purposes). Please note that if you pay by bank transfer, the order will be dispatched once we have received the transfer.

My order is pending

Your order may be on hold while we wait:

• payment (e.g. bank transfer)

• a reply to an e-mail we have sent you

• an arrival from a supplier

Your order should therefore be released very quickly. Don't worry; we'll get back to you if we have any problems.

I have not received my parcel

You will receive an e-mail with the tracking details and parcel number when your order is dispatched. All you have to do is visit the carrier's website to track your parcel. 

I haven't received my invoice

Can I return an item?

It is possible to return an item for exchange or refund within 90 days of receipt of your parcel. Leather-Jack.com will pay the return postage costs for any exchange or credit note request. You are responsible for the return postage costs for a refund request. You will find the exact conditions of return by clicking here

Size does not fit

You can return your items to us for exchange. Please note that we will only accept an exchange if the product has never been worn and is returned to us in new condition (with labels and boxes). To make your return request, please log on to your personal space to declare your request from the details of your order concerned. If I return an item, can I get my money back?

If you comply with the return conditions, a refund will be possible. Refunds are made within 90 days. We will credit the refund to the same payment method you used to place your order.

The item received is faulty

Please send photos of your item, quoting your order number, to contact@leather-jack.com.

Our after-sales service will get back to you to explain the procedure.

How long does an after-sales service last?

On average, our manufacturers claim an average processing time of 3 weeks. To this must be added delivery times (from you to us, then to the supplier, then back to us, then reshipment of the repaired product).
