General Return Policy
If you're not satisfied with your order or if the size doesn’t fit, you can return your item within 90 days of receipt.
Do not send your return directly to a fixed address. All returns must be initiated through your customer account on our website.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will either send your exchange item or process your refund, depending on your choice.
Return Conditions
- The return must be requested within 90 days of receiving your order.
- Use the original packaging if possible, or a sturdy box of similar size.
- The item must be unworn, in perfect condition, with all original tags attached and protected in its original plastic wrap.
Important: We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions. In that case, the item will be returned to you.
Fees & Refund Policy
Exchanges
Return shipping is free for exchanges in most areas. A prepaid label will be provided. We will also ship the replacement item free of charge.
Refunds
If you prefer a refund instead of an exchange, return shipping is at your cost. The return label fee will be deducted from your refund.
Example: If you purchased an item for 199 €, and use our prepaid return label (9,99 €), your refund will be 199 € – 9,99 € = 189,01 €.
If your order was placed in another currency, the amount of 9.99 € will be converted into your local currency at the current exchange rate and deducted accordingly.
You may also choose to return the item using your own shipping method.
Please note: Our prepaid return service may not be available in certain regions outside the European Union. In that case, the return must be arranged at your own expense and customs fees may apply.
How to Return an Item
- Log in to your customer account on our website.
- Go to your order details and click "Request a Return" for the product you wish to return.
- Fill in the return form with your reason and desired option (exchange or refund).
- Once submitted, you’ll receive a return label.
- Print the label, attach it to your parcel, and follow the drop-off or pickup instructions.
