Our terms of delivery

If you are not satisfied with your order or if the size of the item you have ordered does not suit you, Leather-Jack.com offers you the opportunity to return your order within 90 days of receipt!

Upon receipt of your package and subject to compliance with the conditions of return, Leather-Jack.com will send you the item you want in exchange or refund your order.

How do I return my product?

 

Return conditions

You must return the item within 90 days of receiving the parcel.

You must return the item in the same box in which it was sent to you unless it is damaged. In this case, take a reinforced cardboard box the same size as the one used to ship your order, large enough not to box the product!

The product must not have been worn but only tried on. ALL labels must be on the product for the exchange to be accepted. The product must be in perfect condition and well-folded in the original packaging to avoid creases. Remember to wrap the product in plastic to protect it.


Please note: the After Sales Service reserves the right to refuse the return if one of the conditions is unmet. In this case, the product will automatically be returned to you.

 

Free Shipping & Returns

Free returns for exchange or credit
Leather-Jack.com offers you free returns for exchange or credit! If your product is not the right size or does not correspond to what you expected, you can return it to us and exchange it without paying any additional costs, either for your return or your re-delivery! If you're not interested in exchanging your product, you can also ask for a credit note to be used within a year to benefit from the same conditions on return costs!

To benefit from the free return, follow the parcel drop-off procedure below.

Please note that returns can only be offered in exchange for a product in the same category.

Chargeable returns for refund
If you wish to be refunded for your order, you will have to pay to return it.
Leather-Jack.com still offers you the possibility of printing a Leather-Jack.com return voucher to benefit from a preferential rate for your return.
The price of the prepaid label (€9.99) will be deducted from the refund for the returned item.

Example:
You order a leather jacket for €199. The item you receive does not meet your expectations, and you would like a refund. The refund amount will, therefore, be €199 - €9.99, i.e., €189.01 once the return costs have been deducted.

You can also choose to return the parcel by your means, using the method of transport you prefer.

Please note: our pre-paid labels and free returns policy are not available for Switzerland and French overseas departments and territories. Shipping of your return package is at your expense. Customs duties may apply.

If you do not wish to use this service, you can send your item to the address below, indicating the order number on your return. In this case, the cost of the return is entirely at your expense.
