Everything you need to know before ordering!
1. Scope and modification of the terms and conditions of sale
These general conditions of sale apply to all orders placed on the Leather-Jack.com website.
Leather-Jack.com reserves the right to adapt or modify these general conditions of sale at any time. In the event of modification, the applicable version will be the one in force at the date of the order.
2. Our offer
All product and service offers, as well as delivery terms, are indicated in Euros and valid within the EU while stocks last.
For EU orders, the VAT rate is based on the country of delivery. Orders shipped outside the EU or to French overseas departments/territories are invoiced without tax. Customs duties and local VAT may apply upon receipt.
Delivery costs are calculated based on destination and parcel weight. For any delivery questions, contact us at contact@leather-jack.com.
Product descriptions and photos are provided as accurately as possible. Photos are for illustrative purposes and may not be contractually binding.
No claims will be accepted if not reported within 7 days after delivery.
3. Order validation and electronic signature
Any order confirmed via a \"double click\" constitutes full acceptance of these terms and serves as an electronic signature with legal value.
4. Order processing
Orders require account creation or login. Once confirmed, the contract is considered concluded.
You will receive a confirmation email shortly after. Order updates are available in your customer area or by contacting us.
5. Pricing
Prices are shown in Euros and include VAT. Validity of promotional prices is indicated on product pages.
6. Payment and security
6.1 Payment methods
We accept credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and local methods depending on your location. Payments are processed by one of our provider (Shopify Payments or Mollie), and no bank data is stored on our site.
6.2 Retention of title
Products remain the property of Leather-Jack.com until full payment is received. However, the risks are transferred upon delivery.
6.3 Payment refusal
We reserve the right to cancel any order if previous invoices remain unpaid or in dispute.
6.4 Anti-fraud check
Payments may be subject to 3D-Secure authentication by your bank before validation.
7. Delivery terms and deadlines
We do our best to meet delivery deadlines indicated on product pages. Parcels are delivered with signature confirmation.
Shipping costs vary by country and weight, and are calculated at checkout. Delays due to force majeure or external issues (strikes, customs, etc.) cannot result in compensation.
The withdrawal period is 90 days for non-professionals. Return shipping costs depend on the nature of the return (see next section).
8. Satisfaction guarantee - Exchange or Refund
Our motto is: “Satisfied or your money back!”. You have 90 days from receipt to request an exchange or a refund for any unworn item in its original packaging.
If an item has been worn beyond normal trying-on conditions, we reserve the right to reduce the refunded amount.
Returns must be made using the online process in your customer area or directly via our return portal. For full instructions, visit our Returns Policy.
Cash-on-delivery parcels will be refused. Exchanges are free of charge. Refunds are processed within 14 days of your request or upon receipt of the returned item, using your original payment method.
9. Personal data
In accordance with the French Data Protection Act, you may access, modify or delete your personal data at any time. To unsubscribe from emails, visit your account or follow the link at the bottom of our newsletters.
10. Severability
If any part of these terms is invalidated by law or court decision, the remaining clauses remain enforceable.
11. Liability and dispute resolution
We are not responsible for issues related to internet use such as service interruptions or viruses.
In case of a dispute, we encourage amicable resolution before legal action. Legal claims will be handled by the competent courts under French law.
12. Copyright
Any reproduction, even partial, of Leather-Jack.com content requires prior written authorization from SAS DT2M e-commerce.
