These general conditions of sale apply to all orders placed on the Leather-Jack.com website.

All offers of products, services, and delivery terms, at the prices indicated in Euros, are valid in Europe while stocks last.
For orders from European Union countries, the VAT rate applied is that of the country of delivery.
The products will be invoiced duty-free for orders from countries outside the EU or French overseas departments and territories. You will be required to pay carriage costs calculated according to the country of destination and the parcel's weight. On receipt of the parcel, you must pay customs duty and local VAT depending on the country of destination. The cost of delivery will be indicated when you choose your delivery method.
If you have any questions about delivery charges for orders outside the European Union, please get in touch with our sales team directly by e-mail at contact@leather-jack.com.
The items we sell are described and presented with the utmost accuracy. If, despite all our precautions, errors should occur, we cannot be held liable in any way.

Except for a guarantee, any transaction between Leather-Jack.com and its customers that is not contested within 7 days of delivery cannot give rise to a claim.
